We have 6 years of telemarketing and virtual assistant experience working on projects from the US, UK, and Canada. Over the years we have done telemarketing (both cold and warm calling), appointment setting, order processing, dispatching, customer support, data entry, fronter, and virtual assistance. We are fully dedicated, reliable, fast learner, self-starter, hard working and goal-oriented person. We are well experienced in various CRMs, cloud services, google doc, google sheet, google calendar, various VOIP services, MS Office and a lot of web applications.
Our call center has thirty seats and two backup internet connections in addition to a strong internet connection.
